Kanya Coffee
Fine Ethiopian Coffee Beans Straight from Our Drying Stations
To control the quality and consistency of the coffee we supply to our customers, we have built washing/drying stations in many parts of the coffee growing regions in Ethiopia. Today, we supply our customers with Guji, Sidamo, Yirgachefe, Djimma, and Lekempti coffees. We are working tirelessly to include other varieties into our offerings. Ultimately, our aim is to become a one-stop-shop for our customers.

Traceability
Sourced directly from our drying stations
Our coffee is unique because it comes from a single washing/drying station – allowing full traceability. Our coffees are sourced from nearby farmers who bring their coffees directly to our stations.
At our stations, coffee is sorted to remove damaged or under ripe cherries. Then, cherry is delivered onto raised beds to dry under shade for 10-14 days until the moisture content reaches 11%. During this time, the cherry is regularly turned and hand-sorted several times to remove any damaged or discolored cherry. This labor-intensive, yet effective way of production, produces a coffee bean that truly has an exquisite cup profile.
